As our products are freshly baked we recommend that they are best consumed within 3 to 5 days of purchase. They should be stored in a cool dry place or airtight container and are best eaten at room temperature.

To ensure that you have the freshest baked products, all orders have to be placed at least 24 to 48 hours before pick-up. Order and pay for your order before 1pm and your order will be available for pickup or posting the following day.

Orders are available for collection between 3pm and 6pm.

You can enter your preferred pick up date and time in your Cart in the box "Pickup Date / Time".

We ship to all urban residential addresses within NZ. Expected delivery time frame is approximately 1 to 3 days. Although you can order any day of the week we highly recommend selecting shipping on a Monday or Tuesday as this will help avoid any additional delays that a weekend may cause.

We deliver to local residential areas Monday to Friday and Saturday until 12pm for a small fee. Just select either Hamilton and your preferred date / delivery time during checkout.

Sorry, we currently do not deliver to rural or PO box addresses.

Our parcels do not require a signature and will be left at your front door.
